Service description
Toplio is a global web platform allowing users to promote listings (physical businesses or digital activities) and to rank them competitively from the world level down to the local level. Users boost their listings' visibility through internal credits ("points") that can be purchased or earned for free within the rules of the Site.
Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (the "Toplio" brand, logo, design, source code, texts, rankings, database) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Vacus Forge, unless otherwise stated. Content published by users (listing titles, descriptions, images, logos) remains the property of its respective authors. By publishing content on Toplio, the user grants Toplio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it as part of the normal operation of the service, for the duration of its publication. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation of the Site, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is forbidden and may constitute infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Limitation of liability
Toplio strives to ensure the availability, accuracy and security of the Site, but cannot guarantee them. The publisher cannot be held liable for: • interruptions, bugs, data losses or temporary unavailability of the service; • the content of listings published by users; • direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or the inability to access it. Users acknowledge that they use the Site at their own risk.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (notably through external links in listings). Toplio has no control over these sites and disclaims any liability regarding their content, availability or data protection practices.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
